Founding Product Leader

WeLoveNoCode is seeking a Founding Product Leader to drive product-market fit and 10x growth. You'll work directly with the founder to build a $1B no-code company, overseeing product decisions, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

• Direct efforts towards achieving PMF and improving customer activation and satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities and lead team efforts to execute them
• Improve metrics to drive long-term revenue and profit growth
• Generate ideas to drive 10x growth and run short-term experiments to decrease funnel inefficiencies
• Build and maintain product roadmap
• Talk to customers and analyze feedback
• Potentially build and lead a team
• Work directly with founder Nik on product decisions and execution

• Passion for no-code tools and solutions
• Previous startup founding experience
• Product Management certification from Reforge, Product School, or similar
• Strong execution orientation with ability to lead teams
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple workstreams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Amplitude
• Experience in the US market
• Passion to build and win
