Sales Support Specialist

Faspro Technologies is an advanced prototyping and manufacturing company specializing in precision sheet metal components and EMI shielding for global leaders like Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla. We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact with customers and manage order processing operations.

• Monitor and manage incoming customer requests (RFQs) from email and website
• Enter customer information into the ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform initial analysis of requests: review customer history and determine order type (repeat or new)
• Forward requests to responsible project coordinators
• Maintain professional communication with customers via email and phone
• Clarify order details and provide status updates
• Create reports and analyze statistics
• Handle online requests from company website
• Coordinate timely order entry and ensure data accuracy
• Facilitate effective communication between departments

• English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate/B2C1 (critical)
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of information
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience working with B2B customers
• Independent decision-making ability

Plus: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP and CRM system experience, internal sales or existing customer base experience

Type: Full-time, remote

Location: Remote (Ukraine, EU)

Schedule: 8 hours/day, 14:00-23:00 Kyiv time
