Summary
Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a fast-scaling media and entertainment company operating across digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new business ventures. The Senior Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to hire high-performing talent in a high-ownership, high-visibility environment.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across content, production, operations, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role success criteria and calibrate on talent bar and must-haves.
- Run fast, focused hiring processes that balance urgency with high quality.
- Close candidates by clearly communicating impact, ownership, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
- Build talent pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership.
- Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to identify emerging talent early.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers with market insights and candid feedback.
- Support confident, timely hiring decisions as priorities evolve.
- Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools to scale hiring.
- Introduce clarity and consistency without slowing teams down.
- Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to continuously raise the hiring bar.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred: media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups).
- Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to find talent through unconventional channels.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and leaders who move quickly.
- Strong instincts for assessing talent, culture add/fit, and potential beyond resumes.
- Strong communication and closing skills; pride in building great teams.
- Deep interest in creators, content, and internet culture.
Conditions
Location: Must relocate to Greenville, North Carolina.
Compensation: Total compensation (base + annual bonus) $130,000–$160,000 + equity.
