Rutgers University’s Center for Emerging and Re-emerging Pathogens and the Public Health Research Institute at New Jersey Medical School (Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences) is hiring full-time, tenure-track faculty at the Professor level in Newark, New Jersey. The role focuses on advancing basic and applied research in COVID-19, Tuberculosis, and/or Tuberculosis and HIV, supported by a competitive start-up package with possible additional support through the Chancellor Scholars program.
What you'll do
- Conduct basic and/or applied research in COVID-19, Tuberculosis, and/or Tuberculosis and HIV.
- Develop and lead a research program aligned with the Center for Emerging and Re-emerging Pathogens and the Public Health Research Institute.
Requirements
- Expertise in basic and/or applied research in COVID-19, Tuberculosis, or Tuberculosis and HIV.
- Ability to perform at a Professor level within a tenure-track academic appointment.
