Graphic Designer

Solidgate is a fintech company building a payments orchestration platform. We are seeking a Graphic Designer focused on acquisition to create bold, results-driven visual communications that help scale our marketing and sales efforts. You will design everything from marketing campaigns and sales decks to social media content and event materials.

• Create illustrations and content graphics for blog posts, documentation, and educational materials
• Design email templates for release notes, product updates, notifications, and marketing campaigns
• Develop social media visuals for LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms
• Support sales team with presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
• Design visuals for conferences and exhibitions including stands, banners, merchandise, and brand zones
• Experiment with new design tools, formats, and AI technologies to push creative boundaries

• 1+ years of experience in a graphic design role
• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong skills in Figma
• Understanding of branding fundamentals
• Strong grasp of typography, composition, and layout
• Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Nice to have: Print production experience, video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects), 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema 4D), strong time management
