Java Developer

TJHelpers is a Ukrainian tech company founded in 2021 with offices across multiple cities. They are seeking a Java Developer to support their workforce delivery and tech talent development ecosystem. The role involves working on various projects across Ukraine and Europe with a focus on quality and engineering excellence.

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems
• Participate in project-based engagements from discovery through deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PM, BA, Tech Leads, and QA
• Support both staff augmentation and full project delivery models
• Contribute to the technical development of the Employment Insurance, Agent School, and HaaS platforms

• Java development expertise and proficiency
• Experience with backend development and software engineering practices
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of project lifecycle from discovery to scaling
• Strong engineering fundamentals and commitment to quality standards

Location: Multiple offices in Kyiv, Odesa, Uzhhorod, Cherkasy, and Batumi
