HR Interview Specialist

ReTech is seeking an HR Interview Specialist to conduct meaningful interviews with candidates across different roles and seniority levels. In this role, you will assess candidates, provide feedback to stakeholders, and support the interview coordination process in a structured and collaborative environment.

• Conduct structured HR interviews with candidates across different roles and seniority levels
• Assess candidates' experience, communication skills, motivations, and cultural fit
• Prepare interview notes and provide clear feedback to internal stakeholders
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Coordinate interview scheduling when needed and support candidates through next steps
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation in internal systems

• Previous experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or similar role
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and create a comfortable interview environment
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear processes
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
• Nice to Have: Experience conducting competency-based or structured interviews, Experience working with international teams, Familiarity with ATS or HR systems
