Lead Project Manager

WebMeridian is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to take full delivery responsibility and ownership of team development for eCommerce web development projects. The role requires deep expertise in eCommerce platforms, advanced Jira skills, and proven leadership experience managing multiple parallel projects for international clients.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including PMs, QA, Developers, Designers, and SEO specialists
• Take full delivery responsibility for planning, execution, quality control, and timely project delivery
• Configure and optimize Jira workflows, automation, and reporting systems
• Manage key projects and resolve complex client cases
• Monitor project and department KPIs regularly
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales activities including proposals, estimates, and presentations
• Build and maintain a project management knowledge base
• Ensure transparent communication between development teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle hiring, onboarding/offboarding, motivation, PDPs, and performance reviews

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, including 1+ year in a leadership role (Lead / Head of PM / Delivery Manager)
• Proven track record of managing multiple parallel projects for international clients with successful releases
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Shopware, Opencart
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Advanced Jira skills: workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting, integrations
• Experience managing both T&M and fixed-cost projects including estimation, budgeting, and risk management
• Ability to analyze key metrics: billable hours, bench, GPM, NPS, LTV, losses
• Experience building and optimizing processes and creating KPIs for PM teams
• Confident English communication (written and spoken)
