Summary

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting and partner with stakeholders across the Americas to deliver talent aligned to business strategy. This role is remote and emphasizes data-driven sourcing, stakeholder advising, and a strong candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake/kickoff through offer close, including defining job requirements and advising on hiring needs.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing, and other tools.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and selection criteria; maintain clear, ongoing communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Promote employer brand and culture to attract candidates through established and creative/non-traditional channels.
- Use recruiting metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruiting processes.
- Conduct and/or review talent supply and demand analysis; advise stakeholders on talent availability and salary/market data.
- Establish roles/responsibilities with stakeholders and lead recurring check-ins with hiring managers.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth new-hire transition through onboarding and immersion.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
- Experience: Recruiting experience in G&A, Commercial, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles (or similar) within a complex global organization, RPO, or equivalent environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labor and employment laws for countries/regions where recruiting is performed.
- Sourcing: Proficiency with LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing, modern search techniques, and other sourcing tools; ability to build relationships with local talent sources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate to the languages and cultures of supported regions.
- Preferred: Strong collaboration and relationship-building across businesses/levels/functions; experience operating within standard processes/business systems (e.g., Fortive Business System); strong business acumen and advisory capability; ability to work autonomously with sound judgment; familiarity with manufacturing industry support/analyst roles; strong networking, adaptability, analytical skills, and continuous learning mindset.
