Scrum Master

Helic & Co. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a remote role to guide agile teams in implementing Scrum practices. The position focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure successful project delivery.

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and self-organization to maximize productivity.
• Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and protect the team from external distractions.
• Support product owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Track sprint progress, metrics, and team performance using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or within agile environments, including experience with software development teams.
• Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and knowledge of the SDLC.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience scaling agile (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or working in hybrid methodologies (Scrum-Kanban).
• Preferred: servant-leadership style with problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
