Business Systems Analyst

Addax is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic technology group in a full-time hybrid role. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders on Salesforce solutions, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring data integrity while supporting mission-driven initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce
• Work across departments to create and deploy disruptive products

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce focus
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms: Salesforce, Jira, Asana, ClickUp
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• English B2+ language proficiency
