Change Manager

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Change Manager to oversee release notes processes and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing release note documentation, communicating with regulators, and coordinating with platform release managers to ensure proper deployment procedures.

• Verify release note types and task identifiers for accuracy
• Review and validate the correctness of release note body sections (15 pieces)
• Assess completion of related forms and documentation
• Provide constructive feedback to Platform Release Manager for improvements
• Process and respond to comments from NJ Release Note Manager
• Submit release notes for re-approval to NJ Release Note Manager
• Receive and process approval notifications from NJDGE
• Notify Platform Release Manager when changes can be deployed to production
• Handle rejection notifications from NJDGE
• Prepare and submit rejection comments to Platform Release Manager

Experienced Change Manager with strong communication and regulatory correspondence skills. Must have keen understanding of release notes requirements, ability to process and formulate comments based on regulatory feedback, and competent business communication abilities.
