• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client positions
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
