Summary

Constructor.io, a leading eCommerce product search and discovery platform, is hiring a Talent Coordinator to support their recruitment process. You will manage virtual onsite interview scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones while ensuring excellent candidate experience and efficient hiring operations.

What you'll do

Manage complex virtual onsite scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones with clear communication; communicate with candidates throughout the scheduling process including confirmations and rescheduling; proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters; maintain interview stages and scheduling activity in ATS; follow up on pending actions and surface blockers; stay aligned with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume

Requirements

Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing in-house or agency environment; confident calendar and stakeholder management across time zones; professional written communication skills; comfortable with ATS tools and Slack; organized in fast-moving environments; available to work US East Coast hours covering EMEA and West Coast core hours; detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
