Content Manager

Hantix is seeking a Content Manager to create engaging content across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging platforms. The role focuses on developing content strategies for promotions, tournaments, and player engagement in the iGaming and betting industry.

• Create content for email, SMS, Push, Viber, and WhatsApp channels
• Write texts for promotions, tournaments, and bonus programs
• Work with lending products including bonus descriptions, terms and conditions, and new game presentations
• Prepare scripts and texts for gamification elements such as missions, challenges, and wheels of fortune
• Develop and execute content strategy to engage and retain players
• Analyze competitors and content trends in iGaming and betting industries
• Collaborate with CRM-marketers, designers, and SMM departments
• Write content in Russian and Kazakh languages

• 2+ years of experience as a content manager, preferably in gambling, betting, or iGaming
• Knowledge of content peculiarities for casinos and sports betting platforms
• Ability to write sales-focused texts including headlines, offers, and promotional descriptions
• Experience with CMS platforms for content creation and updating
• Basic skills in Figma
• Ability to write content for multiple channels including landings, email, Telegram, push notifications, and other platforms
