What you'll do
Follow and execute commercial strategies set by the company.
Review new product, assign locations, and manage store/warehouse rotations.
Optimize the match between store space and product through merchandising and layout decisions.
Support stockroom replenishment and capacity management.
Analyze product performance, shortcomings, competition, and trends to define actions and improve results.
Perform commercial analysis and execute actions to improve sales (e.g., retail metrics, Business Map, product reports, Teams communications).
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure a high-level customer experience.
Communicate continuously and provide feedback with the Section/Department Manager and store teams.
Train the team on commerciality and support development of the store’s sales team.
Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety regulations.
Support storewide tasks as needed for a seamless customer experience.
Support approvals/authorizations of returns and assist with transactions as needed.
Act as a leader in the store to support the team.
Requirements
Ability to execute commercial strategy and maintain an attractive store image adapted to the client/customer profile.
Knowledge of products, fashion trends, and local competitors; ability to analyze merchandising and market information.
Merchandising and space planning skills to align store space with product presentation.
Commercial/sales analysis skills using retail tools and reports (e.g., Business Map, product reports, team communications tools).
Strong communication skills and ability to provide feedback across store teams.
Capability to train and develop team members; leadership mindset.
