Data Analyst

ITeams is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a fast-growing consumer health brand specializing in gut health and probiotics products. The role focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across omnichannel business operations including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Target.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketplace performance and identify key growth drivers
• Build actionable dashboards and analytical models for sales, margin, profitability, customer cohorts, and LTV
• Track SKU and portfolio performance with new product launch tracking
• Analyze TikTok Shop performance including funnel behavior, creator/affiliate performance, and promotion impact
• Analyze drivers of growth and decline across channels
• Support retail performance tracking
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field
• Proven experience as a data analyst
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Power BI (required)
• Knowledge of Tableau, R, or Python (nice to have)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper intermediate level or higher)

Working Format: Full-time, remote

Working Schedule: 17:00 - 02:00 Ukrainian time
