Executive Assistant
Summary
Givenchy is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director, North America in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. The role focuses on executive support, complex travel and expense management, office operations, and special projects such as corporate events and real estate-related presentations.
What you'll do
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and workflows and tracking items requiring immediate follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, build full itineraries, track T&E budgets, and complete expense reports in Concur.
- Track travel requests for the Managing Director’s direct reports and assist with T&E tracking and zone budgeting.
- Develop a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
- Create agendas and prepare materials for weekly leadership meetings.
- Create itineraries for executive visits and provide on-site support for visiting executives as needed.
- Build and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, including weekly/monthly business updates, market visit recaps, town halls, and ad hoc needs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for office needs (desk assignments, IT assistance, office supplies, directories, general office management).
- Plan and execute corporate and retail gatherings (town halls, zone conferences, holiday parties), including venue sourcing, multi-day agendas, meals, travel and accommodations for 40+ attendees, and presentation completion.
- Track and maintain budgets for large corporate and retail gatherings.
- Create project presentations for real estate/network evolution initiatives in partnership with real estate, finance, legal, and store planning teams for Global CEO/CFO review.
- Maintain network evolution planning files and coordinate with mall leasing contacts for competitor sales and lease plan intelligence.
- Update the competitor index monthly for the zone and relevant real estate projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years of corporate work experience with a proven track record of efficiency and resourcefulness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong PowerPoint capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with local and global teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Conditions
Compensation range: $85,000–$105,000 annually, plus potential bonus opportunity.
