Senior Project Manager

Mind Studios is a mobile and web app development company specializing in Real Estate, Logistics, Healthcare, Fitness, and Mental Health with 13 years of experience and 90+ professionals across offices in Dnipro, Kyiv, and Vienna. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of strategic roadmaps, manage complex cross-project dependencies, and serve as a proactive partner for our clients beyond simple task tracking.

• Lead program coordination across parallel applications ensuring shared resources are synchronized and effective
• Implement a Hybrid approach combining PMI-based planning with flexible Agile execution
• Build and maintain realistic project plans aligned with business goals of multiple stakeholders
• Maintain transparent, high-level communication with clients providing clarity and data-driven solutions
• Identify potential bottlenecks and risks before they impact delivery and own solutions to completion
• Work closely with BA teams and manage Web/iOS/Android release cycles

• 4+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within the IT industry
• Proven experience leading teams of 10+ specialists
• Practical experience with hybrid methodology combining traditional planning with Agile delivery
• Proactive ownership mentality with responsibility for final results
• Advanced communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Solid understanding of Web/iOS/Android release cycles
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency for negotiations and demos
• Technical and analytical proficiency to work with BA teams
• Preferred: Business Analysis experience, technical background (development/design/QA), PMI-ACP or PSM certification
