Junior Project Manager

Darly Solutions is an international IT company specializing in FinTech, MedTech, and SaaS solutions. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Ukraine and help deliver innovative projects across diverse domains.

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence activities required for successful project completion
• Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems
• Track project expenses and compare actual costs against budget, reporting variances
• Monitor and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential project upsell initiatives

• 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company
• Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
• Proven track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment with strong teamwork mentality
• Level 2 English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
• Working experience with ClickUp & Notion (preferred)
• Pre-sales experience (preferred)
