Recruiter

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company building large-scale content, brands, and businesses across the creator ecosystem. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting and partner with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to hire high-impact talent in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role success criteria and translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Run fast, focused interview processes that balance urgency with a high bar for talent.
• Close candidates by clearly communicating impact, ownership, growth, and expectations.
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Build and maintain pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership.
• Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to identify emerging talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights and direct feedback.
• Support timely hiring decisions while balancing speed, quality, and culture fit as priorities evolve.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools to support scaling.
• Introduce clarity and consistency in recruiting operations without slowing teams down.
• Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to continuously raise the hiring bar.

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally in media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups).
• Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to use unconventional approaches.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and fast-moving senior leaders.
• Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential beyond resumes.
• Clear communicator with strong candidate-closing ability and high ownership mindset.
• Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building widely loved products/content.

• Compensation: Total compensation (base + annual bonus) $130,000–$160,000 per year + equity.
