**Human Resource Administrator** 📍 Location: Remote **About the Client** a leading provider of technology and advisory solutions serving state, local, and education government agencies across the United States. **About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Human Resource Administrator** to join our team. This role is critical in managing the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate end\-to\-end onboarding logistics (new\-hire paperwork, system provisioning, compliance checks). * Manage employee changes (promotions, transfers, manager updates, location changes) in HRIS. * Oversee offboarding processes including exit logistics, asset recovery, and final documentation. * Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed. * Maintain HR SOPs, checklists, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks. * Ensure compliance with employment requirements and maintain audit\-ready records. * Handle recurring compliance tasks (I\-9 audits, EEO data integrity, ACA tracking). * Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay\-impacting data (new hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, stipends). * Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee benefit inquiries. * Maintain HRIS data accuracy, permissions, and workflows; safeguard sensitive employee information. **What You’ll Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience. * Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools/software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * High attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas). * Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. **Why Join Us** * Be part of a dynamic HR team driving operational excellence. * Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. * Exposure to compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems management.
