McKinney Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

Emirates is hiring Cabin Crew (Dubai-based) to represent the brand onboard and support customers throughout their journey.

The role combines world-class service with primary responsibility for passenger safety, security, and managing onboard procedures, supported by training in Dubai.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guidance to passengers during flights.
• Ensure passenger safety and follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Take confident leadership and control when managing onboard services and safety/security situations.
• Deliver an authentic, culturally aware experience to customers in a multicultural environment.

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service.
• Minimum education: High school graduate (Grade 12).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while wearing Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering with bandages or cosmetics).
• Ability to work a demanding schedule and maintain high performance standards; solution-oriented mindset.
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements and be willing to be based in Dubai.

• Location: Dubai (relocation provided).
• Compensation structure includes basic salary, hourly flying pay, and overseas meal allowance.
• Average total pay stated as approximately USD 3,100 per month (Grade II/Economy Class).
• Meal allowances for night stops are credited the following month.
• Hotel accommodation for layovers and transport to/from the airport provided by the company.
