The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting across U.S. and international markets, ensuring a structured, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand and values.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across corporate, creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, retail, and international teams.
- Conduct first-round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessments.
- Manage requisitions, job postings, and hiring workflows in Greenhouse.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and guide them on best practices and interview process consistency.
- Lead interview scheduling across time zones and coordinate candidate logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for U.S. and international roles (U.S., EMEA, UK, APAC).
- Engage and nurture passive candidates while representing the employer brand.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, workflows, compliance, and reporting within Greenhouse.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipelines, and hiring progress; share insights with People Leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, templates, and scheduling tools.
- Partner with HRBPs, Operations, International People Teams, and cross-functional leaders to align on hiring needs.
- Support global TA initiatives such as recruitment marketing, employer branding, system enhancements, and early career/campus programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple corporate functions; lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong capability to build partnerships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools/systems; familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and interview scheduling tools preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating across levels (high-volume through niche roles).
- Ability to balance fast-paced, high-volume recruiting with targeted searches.
- Strong knowledge of candidate experience best practices and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Nimble and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
