Game Mathematician for International Gaming Provider

SFox GmbH / RAW is an innovative gaming studio seeking a Games Mathematician to develop cutting-edge casino games that stand out in the industry. The role focuses on creating engaging mathematical profiles and game mechanics for hundreds of thousands of players worldwide. You will be part of an elite team working on mathematically sophisticated and innovative gaming content.

• Ensure RAW's math profiles are engaging and exciting for players
• Actively participate in setting parameters while maintaining mathematical and mechanical compliance across all jurisdictions
• Keep RAW updated with market trends and develop market-leading ideas for math designs and improvements
• Create detailed specifications including Math Design and Profiling Documents for games
• Provide architects with analysis and data insights for Game Studios
• Maintain accountability for targets, goals and objectives aligned with the RAW Game Roadmap
• Collaborate actively with Game Studios management on new game ideas and mechanics
• Work closely with Certification and Release managers in the Project Delivery team
• Align with stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear communication on mathematical, technical and operational matters

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Game Mathematician
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science
• Right to work within the EU
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market
• Understanding of player needs and preferences
• Knowledge of developer and studio mathematical requirements
• Ability to assess what makes games successful from a mathematical perspective
• Fluent English communication skills

Schedule & Location: Remote position based in Europe with maximum 2 hours time difference from CET
