What you'll do

Process medical record requests in high-volume, fast-paced environment; maintain consistent schedule by processing requests within 24-48 hours of receipt; monitor incoming requests through various channels; abide by HIPAA guidelines and ensure PHI confidentiality; assist with overflow processing due to high volume or coverage issues; provide feedback on request volume and perceived issues; perform general office duties; report to Processing Manager
