Senior Sourcer

Airbnb is a global community-driven travel platform connecting guests with unique stays and experiences. As a Senior Sourcer within Technical Recruiting, you will partner with product engineering teams to identify and engage top frontend web and mobile engineering talent. Your work will strengthen hiring outcomes through data-driven sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent using multiple sourcing channels.
• Research market and competitive landscape to inform sourcing approaches.
• Create and run innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to meet hiring goals.
• Engage, qualify, and support technical candidates through the recruiting process.
• Drive improvements to recruiting processes based on learnings and feedback.
• Track leads and candidate progress with strong attention to detail.
• Analyze pipeline and performance data and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism.

• 8+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer-facing web startup with high standards.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for web and mobile engineering roles.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across channels (web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, emerging platforms).
• Strong data proficiency to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, optimize conversion rates, and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM (preferred).

• Location: US - Remote Eligible; occasional work from an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with manager.
• Work authorization/location constraint: must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (excluded states list applies and may change).
• Compensation: base pay range provided; may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
