People Partner, YouTube

Google People Operations is hiring a People Partner for YouTube to support leaders with people strategy and data-driven decision making. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders to build organizations, guide transformations, and ensure people programs and decisions align with Google’s culture and values.

• Provide thought leadership on organizational and people strategy, using data and insights to guide decisions and propose proactive solutions.
• Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that drive lasting change across large functions.
• Diagnose complex problems to root cause and design and rapidly implement cross-disciplinary solutions.
• Advise on talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis/insights, employee relations, and strategic development.
• Partner with leaders to define, design, launch, and land change initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting VP-level leaders in tech and non-tech organizations.
• Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.
• Preferred: Experience supporting executive leaders at global companies.
• Preferred: Experience leading large-scale, multi-region organizational transformations and integrating tenured teams with new capabilities and talent.
• Preferred: Experience across areas such as organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

• Full-time role.
• Compensation: US base salary range $219,000–$305,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits (base salary only listed in posting).
