Architectural Designer

Mithun is an internationally recognized architecture and sustainability-focused design firm with a mission of Design for Positive Change. The Architectural Designer will support concept-driven projects across multiple typologies by producing design graphics, renderings, and architectural documentation. This role contributes to collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and supports both project work and marketing pursuits.

• Generate high-quality design drawings, graphic design work, renderings, and visualizations to support design projects and marketing pursuits.
• Assist in producing detailed architectural documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details) and help ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Participate in internal and external team meetings and contribute ideas to project development.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and urban designers across multiple projects and design phases.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• 2–5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Strong concept-based approach to design.
• Excellent graphic communication skills (hand and digital).
• Enthusiasm for sustainable and innovative design solutions.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bonus (not required): experience with Lumion, Enscape, Unreal/Twinmotion, Grasshopper, Rhino, SketchUp, and GIS.
