Business Analyst (Middle) Web

Ajax Systems is an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe with over 4.5 million end users. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Web team, working at the intersection of business and product to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that impact millions of users worldwide.

• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements for web products and pages
• Participating in research involving end-users, partners and internal teams through interviews and feedback analysis
• Translating business needs into clear specifications: user stories, use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria
• Creating TORs for web-pages and web tools with up-to-date technical documentation
• Collaborating with product managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
• Working with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements are correctly reflected in user flows and interfaces
• Supporting development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and managing changes
• Conducting presentations, demos, coordination meetings, and presenting completed work
• Participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
• Validating implemented features against requirements and business goals
• Analysing website performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels
• Supporting launches of new features and post-launch analysis
• Assisting in product testing

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in digital or tech projects
• Strong ability to structure information and work with complex systems and requirements
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and align different perspectives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Good knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq or similar tools
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing
• Experience with web products, CMS, e-commerce is a plus
• Pre-sale experience is a plus
