Chief Executive Officer Coach

Impel-Consultants is partnered with a rapidly expanding global leader in Business Coaching and is seeking experienced CEOs to coach and advise high-potential companies. The Chief Executive Officer Coach will guide CEOs and leadership teams on growth strategy and operational excellence to help businesses scale and reach their full potential.

• Serve as a strategic partner and coach to CEOs, helping them navigate business challenges and improve leadership effectiveness.

• Provide coaching and guidance to senior executives to optimize performance, align strategic objectives, and enhance team collaboration.

• Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks are addressed.

• Support partnered businesses in strategic planning, business operations, and investor relations to drive international expansion.

• Act as a liaison between executive teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and execution of key initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Experience as a CEO or senior business leader with a passion for coaching, leadership development, and strategic operations.

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, operations, or project management.

• Proven track record of leading professionals and driving organizational growth.

• Strong communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
