Learning and Development Manager

Ajax Systems is a leading manufacturer of wireless security systems protecting 1.8M+ users in 170 countries. This Learning and Development Manager role involves implementing company-wide learning strategies, designing training programs, and managing L&D teams to support organizational growth.

• Implement learning strategy and annual plan aligned to business goals
• Conduct enterprise and team-level training needs analysis by function and role
• Design, source, and curate learning programs and content with appropriate delivery modalities
• Review individual and organizational development needs
• Launch programs and oversee delivery logistics with L&D specialists and HR partners
• Ensure positive learner experience and clear communication
• Hire, coach, and coordinate L&D Specialists
• Manage L&D budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
• Act as primary contact for learning queries and drive adoption and engagement
• Measure learning impact with clear metrics and report outcomes
• Monitor development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities
• Develop HR team capabilities in training
• Stay updated on professional education trends and continuously improve L&D processes

• 5+ years experience as L&D Manager, Training Manager, or relevant position (preferably IT company)
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods and tracking metrics
• Experience with Learning Management System course design
• Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and learning sources/practices
• Project management and budgeting experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build employee and vendor relationships
• Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
