Talent Acquisition Specialist

iConsultera is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various roles in the organization. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with stakeholders to hire effectively in the U.S. market using modern recruiting tools and strategies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals
• Create and post job descriptions on job boards and social platforms
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
• Stay updated on U.S. labor laws and hiring best practices
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
• Experience hiring for U.S.-based roles
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Boolean search

Preferred:

• Experience in tech, healthcare, or finance recruiting
• Knowledge of DEI hiring practices
• Experience with remote/global hiring
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
