Junior Accountant

Atlas Technica is an IT management and cybersecurity firm founded in 2016 that serves hedge funds and investment firms. The Jr. Accountant position is a key finance role supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, regulatory filings, and accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Contribute to preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Perform routine controller functions, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls monitoring
• Support Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review and vendor coordination
• Assist with regulatory compliance and filings, including state and international tax filings and statutory reporting
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage, analyze, and visualize financial data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, and operations teams

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• NetSuite experience considered an asset
• Responsible, detail-oriented, team player qualities

Schedule: 3 PM - 12 AM Kyiv time
