What you'll do
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and convenings.
- Manage training calendars and registration processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training logistics and participant communications.
- Support facilitation teams with materials preparation, meeting technology, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Support and help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment and user management.
- Track training completion and generate LMS reports.
- Provide technical support to staff and affiliates using the LMS.
- Monitor system data to ensure accurate training records and reporting.
- Draft and distribute learning-related communications, reminders, and announcements.
- Co-create and manage the monthly Learning Newsletter (content gathering, design, distribution).
- Maintain up-to-date learning resources and documentation on shared platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Learning and Leadership Development.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, reports, and presentation materials.
- Track project timelines and coordinate cross-functional learning initiatives.
- Assist with vendor coordination and invoice processing related to learning events.
- Collect and compile training evaluations and feedback data.
- Generate participation and completion reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support documentation for continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to other team members and participate in special projects as needed.
