Senior Test Automation Engineer with AI Agents experience

TalentsToday is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with AI agents experience for an ambitious, technically challenging project built on a modern stack. The role involves establishing a test automation framework from scratch, documenting it, and creating automated test suites while working in a collaborative, distributed environment.

• Be main responsible for test automation within the project
• Design test automation solution architecture and define approach for test automation
• Evaluate and select test automation tools
• Estimate and plan test automation activities
• Create automated test suites (APIs, integrations, web portals) and setup continuous test execution
• Use agentic AI tools in daily work
• Perform bug tracking and reporting
• Prepare documentation
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Work closely with Test Lead and distributed engineering team in an Agile environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience within Software Testing, at least 3 in Test Automation
• Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch
• Modern TA toolset experience (Playwright or similar)
• Programming with JavaScript/TypeScript, OOP concepts knowledge
• Hands-on API and integration test automation experience
• Web applications test automation experience
• Good SQL knowledge
• GitHub/GitHub Actions experience
• Agentic test automation experience (preferably Claude Code)
• Experience testing 3rd party system integrations (ideally ERPs)
• Deep understanding of core testing processes and QA practices
• Test planning and estimation knowledge
• Bug tracking tools and process knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Distributed, cross-cultural agile/lean team experience
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
• Plus: Accounting domain experience, Azure experience, ISTQB certification
