Operations Manager | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a General and Operations Manager on an hourly contract basis to support operational execution and AI research initiatives. The role focuses on translating real-world operational and management requests into structured tasks, documented workflows, and high-quality deliverables in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common operational and management requests
• Diagnose operational challenges and translate them into clear, actionable outputs
• Support AI research initiatives by documenting workflows, processes, and decision frameworks
• Review and refine deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

• Strong professional experience in general management, operations, or related fields
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines
• Comfort translating operational expertise into documented outputs for AI training

• Type: Hourly contract
• Commitment: Part-time, project-based (15 hours/week, scalable to 30+)

• Compensation: $90–$150/hour
