Product Designer

Phenomenon Studio is a full-cycle design and development company founded in 2019 specializing in Healthcare, EdTech, SaaS, and FinTech industries. We are seeking a Product Designer passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and turning ideas into elegant, functional designs. You will work with a community of 20+ designers and have opportunities to gain industry recognition through prestigious competitions like Awwwards and FWA.

• Design UX/UI for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android) ensuring seamless user experiences
• Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction
• Work with design systems: maintaining, evolving, and implementing scalable and consistent UI components
• Utilize ready-made design frameworks (Shadcn, Radix, MUI) to enhance design efficiency
• Create high-quality visual designs aligned with brand identity and usability goals
• Conduct UX research activities including prototype testing when needed for clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and analysts

• 3+ years of commercial design experience
• Proficiency in Figma (tokens, components, variables, auto-layout)
• Systematic problem-solving skills with ability to analyze issues and find practical solutions
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects from 0 to 1
• Focus on business metrics and their impact on design decisions
• Experience with UX research and behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Strong team player with proactive approach
• Upper-intermediate English level
