Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Concurrency Development LTD is a growing iGaming project seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive expansion across Asia, MENA, and Africa. This role focuses on identifying and managing affiliate partnerships to achieve strong acquisition growth.

• Actively search for and identify new affiliate partners
• Negotiate partnership terms and contracts under RS/Fix/CPA models
• Manage existing affiliate accounts and relationships
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and track traffic quality
• Set tasks for content and design teams
• Manage and oversee promotional materials
• Complete assigned tasks on time
• Scale affiliate partnerships and drive revenue growth

• 2+ years of experience in the affiliate industry within iGaming or Gambling
• Proven experience working with Revenue Share model (required)
• Active and live base of webmasters
• Proactivity and ambition with ability to work independently
• English language proficiency: B2 level minimum
• Russian language proficiency: C1 level
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
