The Executive Assistant partners with senior leadership as a trusted operator, enabling faster execution through strong organization, communication, and systems thinking. The role focuses on anticipating needs, driving follow-through, and elevating team operations in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars using an analytical, priority-driven approach.
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel, including visas, logistics, and contingencies.
- Attend key meetings, prepare pre-reads, capture outcomes, and drive action-item follow-through to completion.
- Plan offsites and events end-to-end, improving structure, clarity, and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic operator by keeping priorities on track, aligning stakeholders, surfacing blockers early, and simplifying decision-making.
- Simplify and systematize processes to scale operational leverage beyond immediate scope.
- Mentor other Executive Assistants and contribute to the broader EA & People team and centralized EA support structure.
Requirements
- Proactive, high-ownership approach with excellent judgment and discretion; able to thrive under pressure and tight timelines.
- Polished written and verbal communication; builds trust across functions and seniority levels.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong technology fluency, especially Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth tech environment; comfortable with autonomy and momentum.
- Collaborative, low-ego teammate who contributes to and elevates a centralized EA community.
- AI fluency: uses AI to speed workflows, improve quality, and reduce operational toil.
Conditions
- Remote-first but not remote-only; in-person participation is required throughout the year.
- Team and company-wide offsites occur multiple times annually; attendance is expected and supported.
