• Design rigorous literature-based tasks spanning multiple genres, historical periods, and analytical frameworks.
• Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for interpretive depth, clarity, and alignment with academic standards.
• Create prompt variations based on length, tone, style, and intended audience.
• Identify and document failure cases where AI outputs lack insight, nuance, or accuracy.
• Apply literary expertise to assess reasoning, argumentation, and textual understanding.
• Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers using structured feedback and shared documentation.

• Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
• Professional experience in literary teaching, research, publishing, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with both canonical and contemporary literary works.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive analysis skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex reasoning and articulate clear, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, deliverables-driven environment.
