Legal Analyst | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a remote Legal Analyst (Paralegal/Legal Assistant) to serve as an AI Trainer on a contract basis. The role focuses on preparing and annotating legal materials and providing research and analysis to improve AI model accuracy and legally sound outputs.

• Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents to improve AI understanding and accuracy.

• Conduct legal research, review case facts, and analyze records to provide context for AI training.

• Collaborate with legal and AI teams to refine datasets and ensure legal accuracy in outputs.

• Draft and review affidavits, contracts, briefs, and related legal materials for training and validation.

• Organize and maintain electronic legal records supporting AI model development.

• Participate in testing and provide feedback to enhance AI model performance.

• Communicate insights clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Professional experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or comparable legal support role.

• Strong legal research skills and ability to prepare legal documents and correspondence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with electronic legal filing and document management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across teams.
