Recruiter (iGaming)

Fellows is an iGaming team with 5+ years of market experience and strong media buying background that is rapidly scaling. We are seeking a Recruiter based in Kazakhstan who can successfully close Media Buyer positions and actively source qualified candidates.

• Independently close Media Buyer (iGaming) roles
• Proactively hunt and source candidates beyond inbound applications
• Conduct initial screenings and properly assess media buyer candidates
• Manage candidates end-to-end from first contact to onboarding
• Improve hiring funnel and recruitment approaches

• Experience working inside a media buying team or recruitment agency
• Proven track record of hiring Media Buyers in iGaming (Facebook, Google, UAC, PPC, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the media buying market: sourcing channels, candidate motivations, and ability to sell the offer and team
• Ability to manage candidates end-to-end from initial contact to onboarding

Compensation: Fixed salary + percentage per successful hire
