Marketing Analyst

Cosmolot is a Ukrainian product IT company creating an online digital entertainment platform with a focus on security and transparency. As a Marketing Analyst, you will analyze marketing activity data across channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and support business growth.

• Analyze marketing-related data including marketing channels, campaigns, conversion funnels, and cohorts to support business decision-making
• Collect and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards
• Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis based on business requests
• Identify trends, patterns, and key drivers behind changes in marketing metrics
• Present analytical insights and findings to stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL (CTEs, window functions) and Excel
• Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
• Ability to work with large datasets and collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to clearly present insights to business stakeholders
• Nice to have: Experience in gaming and traffic or other product verticals, Google Analytics experience
