Operations Lead

Trovo Health is building an AI-powered care team platform that combines AI agents with clinical experts to scale clinical capacity for healthcare organizations. The Operations Lead will design and run the day-to-day management of the clinical workforce and the operational systems that ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery as the company scales.

• Define KPIs, build and monitor analytical dashboards, and create SOPs/playbooks to drive consistent and scalable delivery across product lines and clients.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and breakpoints, then translate findings into operational improvements and structured product requests.
• Design org structure and staffing/capacity plans; monitor allocation versus client activity volumes and own performance management for the services team.
• Build role-based onboarding and platform training; implement quality auditing processes and feed insights back into training and workflow design.
• Partner with key client stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery that meets or exceeds expectations.

• 5+ years of professional experience including time at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience in operations, workforce management, and/or service delivery (ideally in healthtech or healthcare services).
• Demonstrated success designing and managing staffing models and operational processes for contingent workforces at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools; ability to define KPIs and build dashboards.
• Ability to operate with speed and ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Based in New York City.

• Location: NYC; in-office 3+ days per week.
• Compensation: target $180k–$220k+ annually plus equity (converted to approximately $16,667/month at the midpoint).
