Compliance Officer

Pelkino is seeking a Legal & Compliance Officer to ensure legal operation of a Sweepstakes-based iGaming product in the US market while preventing regulatory shutdowns. The role involves building and maintaining a risk-oriented legal framework that protects the business while enabling product growth, working closely with CEO, Product, Anti-Fraud, and external US counsel.

• Maintain US state legality matrix and identify restricted states and geo limitations
• Approve game and promotional mechanics from compliance perspective
• Support multi-entity structure (US, EU, partners) and ensure proper allocation of IP, revenue, and risk
• Oversee payment routing from legal perspective and approve game rules and prize mechanics
• Review withdrawal rules and KYC triggers, align anti-abuse thresholds with legal standards
• Support PSP onboarding and compliance reviews
• Define sanctions filters and reporting logic, support crypto payment compliance
• Prevent advertising account blocks and prepare briefs for US lawyers
• Translate legal opinions into product rules and maintain audit-ready documentation

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Sweepstakes, or Social Casino
• Strong knowledge of US regulatory environment
• Experience with PSP onboarding
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC frameworks
• Understanding of advertising compliance (Meta/Google)
• Business-minded and risk-oriented approach
• English B2+ level
• Nice to have: Crypto gaming experience, offshore structures experience (Cyprus), affiliate compliance knowledge

• Full remote work
