Property Manager
Summary
Bisnow (SelectLeaders client) is hiring a Property Manager to lead daily community operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role is accountable for overall property performance and building a high-performing on-site team to deliver excellent resident experiences.
You will partner with regional and home-office support to report on community performance, identify improvements, and implement procedures to strengthen the brand and reputation.
What you'll do
Manage and develop all on-site employees, empowering them to exceed role expectations.
Oversee overall property performance across HR, accounting, leasing and marketing, maintenance, resident relations, and special projects.
Create annual renewal and marketing campaigns to achieve leasing goals.
Manage and monitor the property budget, keeping expenses within budget and seeking approvals for overages.
Lead all Turn activities to ensure a smooth and successful Turn season.
Oversee property security needs by implementing new protocols or systems with the maintenance team.
Provide regular reporting and updates on community performance and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience in the student housing space.
4+ years of leasing or operations experience in student housing or residential property management.
People management experience with the ability to motivate and build a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and strong resident relations track record.
Excellent project management skills.
Eagerness to provide the best resident experience.
Conditions
Compensation: $95K–$100K annually plus annual bonus.
Reports to: Regional Manager.
