Vice President of Business Operations

SBH Fashion is a fast-growing, globally distributed consumer brand with strong wholesale and direct-to-consumer presence. The Vice President of Business Operations will drive operational excellence and build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth and international expansion.

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments
• Build and implement scalable operational processes to support growth
• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance
• Lead operational planning and execution for domestic and international expansion
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance and profitability

• 10+ years of business operations or general management experience
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or related industries
• Proven ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL or elsewhere in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to Florida frequently
