Software Engineer

Clario is seeking a Core Developer Software Engineer to join their product team. In this high-impact position, you will develop and scale their mobile product across the entire lifecycle, from building core features and modern UIs to designing reliable infrastructure. You will work directly with the General Manager and drive measurable impact on the product's unit economics.

• Develop and scale mobile product features using Flutter
• Design and build modern user interfaces
• Design reliable, fast, and efficient infrastructure
• Work on both mobile (Flutter) and web (Next, React) applications
• Leverage AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to accelerate development
• Solve product and business problems end-to-end independently
• Make technical decisions driven by product and engineering metrics
• Collaborate with the General Manager on product strategy

• 3+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency with AI-augmented development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude)
• Strong product-oriented mindset with understanding of business goals
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Firebase services (Firestore, Storage, Performance)
• Experience with Firebase Flutter SDK, Bloc, and Hive storage
• Understanding of app publishing processes for mobile stores
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React for web development (or ability to quickly learn with AI tools)
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and comfort in fast-paced agile environments
