Summary
LinkedIn Sales Solutions is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Enterprise to lead a North America team focused on helping enterprise customers maximize value from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This people-management role drives customer education, adoption, satisfaction, and strategic impact through coaching, executive partnership, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of 7–10 Customer Success Managers delivering customer education, project management, and related services.
- Coach and develop CSMs to achieve KPIs across onboarding, adoption, education, project management, customer satisfaction, and value engineering.
- Provide thought leadership through regular one-on-ones, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Partner with C-level and C-1 executives at highest-value customers to deepen relationships and provide escalation support.
- Build team strength through external hiring and internal talent and skill development.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize initiatives that maximize customer success and support sales goals.
- Collaborate with global CS leaders to support globally present accounts and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional projects to improve scaled processes, services, and systems.
- Use LinkedIn, customer, and other data to generate insights and track goals for implementation, account improvement, and new product rollouts.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, sales, program management, consulting, or related fields.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong organization, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to derive insights from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis.
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Experience with webinar software and Salesforce.com (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skills including relationship-building, coaching/mentoring, active listening, written and verbal communication, decisiveness, problem solving, and expectation setting.
Conditions
- Location: Hybrid role performed from home and a LinkedIn office on select days, based on business needs.
- Eligible work locations: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, or New York City.
- Travel: Up to 25%.
- Compensation: Pay range $115,000–$186,000 annually; total compensation may include annual bonus, stock, and benefits.
